We do not provide trucking authority, equipment, or insurance unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
2. Booking, Enrollment, & Payment Terms
To begin receiving dispatch services:
You must complete a carrier/owner-operator onboarding form and sign all required agreements.
Service fees will be charged as agreed in your dispatch service contract (e.g., percentage-based or flat fee).
Payments are due upon completion of loads or on the schedule agreed upon in your contract.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Cancellations
Termination of dispatch services must be submitted in writing. Any outstanding balances remain due following termination.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date company, driver, and equipment information.
Maintain all required insurance, permits, and authority.
Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and safety rules.
Promptly share proof of delivery (PODs), rate confirmations, and required documents.
Communicate in a timely manner regarding load status, delays, or issues.
You are responsible for operating legally and safely on all dispatch assignments.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the website for hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities.
Use our dispatch services to engage in illegal freight activities.
Misrepresent your identity, equipment, or operational status.
Share or misuse confidential rate confirmations or customer information.
Violations may result in immediate termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, text, documents, and graphics—belongs to Pearl Transport Inc and is protected by copyright.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pearl Transport Inc is not liable for:
Lost profits, delays, or missed opportunities
Accidents, damages, or safety violations
Broker or shipper disputes
Load cancellations by third parties
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, including:

Government regulations
System outages
Accidents or emergencies
Labor shortages
8. Termination of Services
Pearl Transport Inc reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for:
Non-payment
Fraud or misrepresentation
Safety violations
Abuse of staff
Repeated contract breaches
